Yup, I've juz call them n u know what...... PV have sending out letters to banks & owners but accoding to them, mayb after raya only we can collect the keys BUT the worst thing we still have to wait for d TNB n SYABAS for our meter reading... huhu so funny how to stay without water n electricity ...????

That means we cannot stay yet la, most probably for another month. They surely take some time to install the meters.
If they give the key, but we still cannot stay, can we still claim late delivery charges?
It looks like they just want to minimise the penalty on them by claiming that they have given the key out.
Unless when the key is ready, both meters already installed, then it is straight forward.

I'm looking to rent a unit at PV13 ... I wonder if the units will be ready in October ?

Got the letter ady...the 903++ is for sinking fund,quit rent,maintainance 4month....haiz...havent go in yet to swim n gym need to pay maintainance liao...

I saw TM is having salesperson in front of the guard house ady.

I just found out that I have received the letter too. It's dated 20-Aug-2011, Post office stamped on 22-Aug-2011.

Just for your info, for 1313sqf unit, maintenance is RM157.56 per month, they're asking for 1 month deposit and 3 months in advanced, sinking fund is RM15.75 per month.

They also mentioned that payment have to be settled 14 days from the date of the letter (for both owner and bank) before we can collect keys.

In the letter they also mentioned that we are not allowed to do any alteration or renovation until the Certificate of Completion and Compliance is issued. Failing so, we will be asked to demolish the alteration or they will not held responsibility for any defects.

Hey guys, I received the letter, checked my mailbox this morning and there it was. Now have to settle payment..

Me too..Just received. But...how long the bank will process the payment? We need to get remittance advice then can only know bank has made payment. Another week...

am jealous on u guys

i have to check my bank everyday from now dy, make sure they disburse the money to PV before next Friday!

If bank efficient enough, this week can disburse already. Next week can just pay cash for the remaining then can make appointment to get the key.

yesterday around 1PM like tat i saw a Best Denki lorry infront the guard house. saw something inside as well.
wondering who move in things now...

yea... after get the letter, settle the 900++ things.... then, wat else we nid to do? when do we do those checking for defect?(hope we're not the unlucky one in any defect unit)
