Try look at the bathroom tiles color n the space.totally different fr the previous showroom.worst thing is the 2nd bathroom was look so limited space bcoz the wall to cover the water hose was built in the middle of the bathroom.btw i had assign the main reno panel n price wisely quite acceptable...the rest of building look satisfy...

Oh last week i go with my reno guys.only 1 lift is operate by the staff there.basically it a square size.

really need to know the size, last week i went to court m@mm@uth, saw a really classy wooden bedroom set, and price wise cheap tho, but the size really huge, the wordrobe itself hav 8 doors, the sales gal said some lift size might not fit the furniture (canot 'go in' the lift tongue.gif).

although outside con wil b problematic (in terms of time, deposit & etc) as compare to appointed con, but i dun mind spend my time on this as my budget is vry tight tongue.gif

just my 2 cents

yup i can lock the sliding door, it has this red and green indicator when lock and unlock. i didnt try locking it with key coz it would be weird to lock the sliding door from outside balcony unless if u're on the pool level floor.

yeah the paint quality is not as good but im sure most ppl will repaint. two thing that im not happy are the power line view of KLCC and the column/pillar in the outside bathroom.
*
then i think my sliding door lock spoil, luckily i got check this...haha

any idea when water n electricity coming?

today i check my toilet (the toilet near living room), there is water there, i think it should be from 'tangki', but after few hours, the water stop, but at least i can inspect my toilet tongue.gif
