I propose this for my client and I think this must be the most common way to do it in PV13. People can shorten their Dry Kitchen but I think the Wet Kitchen is just nice.
Except... (can you see in the pic there's no fridge? )

That's what the client have to make the decision, cut the kitchen sink and fit in the washer, or change your door and put it behind the door (block a little bit of entrance but still can live with it).
Of course my proposal is "Please spend some money to throw your washer to the balcony for your own good".

The Giant only propose and still under discussion , SRJK it might build there or somewhere at Melati hence also not yet confirm.That what i heard . Anyway just ask you guys do the price at those condo too high price at setapak and the rental yield i believe still around rm1500 -1700 max.After consideration i finally give up my unit .Do i really make a wrong decision?.

Maybe get those ready unit is better, PV12 got selling rm500k Full furnish that too expensive.Bank can get loan

perhaps the area is not that highend. and price will not hike up high. but this definitely a good place for stay.
at least, there's hospital, tesco(future), Parkson, School, lepak yamcha place, and alot more facilities over there, via walking distance.
it feels nice when walking around the condo, and you found out everything you need is there.

do bear in mind. those high rental condo. price is alot higher. and the risk is higher thou...
by the way,leong. how much u let go ur unit? price might go up somemore, after all those facilities complete.

i dont think there is a door inside. bcuz i went inside b4. pv13 ground level is higher than pv mondrian level...so if there is a bck door there then there will b a staircase as well. i din notice tht. :>

But I don't think it will be possible, Imagine what if those outside following you at the back and come inside the Condo.

We won't know unless there is a guard. Having say that, i don't think management will allocate a guard there. (Cost) More so, nowadays guard simply open the door for outsider.

And yea apparently Overtime supposed to open a branch there, according to the banners hanging at the front of the building facing the main road
