Once take up unit, there will be many place need bullet oh.so save a bit 1st.hehe.
Added on July 19, 2011, 4:35 pmI'm quite agree if we form up a neighbourhood community so call pv13 rela.hehe.it is truth that std of living is started from our surrounding security level.For ex. Im quite impress with the guard at the prima 2 condo(although mont kiara condo security is da best).they won't use card to open up lobby to visitor n they just ask u call up to the owner or wait other owner open up the door while the guard always be there.another good point is our internal lobby already been install wit cctv.Too bad we din come with intercom fr the guard house.Or else this will be the best idea to identify the visitor in or out.Somehow if we cooperate, pv13 will be become clean n safe environment to stay.

Looking at the guardhouse entrance, there're tag readers on both the entry and exit points so an access card security will be in place..but don't think the tag works for elevators too. Unless they put the card reader at the lobby door so that the door only opens to access card holders..
