My fren previously bought PV12, he told me there will be contractors inside the building.. and he advise to sign contract with the main contractor as the price would be cheaper compared you bring outside contractor..

of coz becoz main contractor get volume jobs!!

The contractor office is located between block A and block B.

When you go tru the guard house, turn left and right. Den you'll see the contractor office there. Perhaps you ask them when you visit and let us know too ? smile.gif

Try look at the bathroom tiles color n the space.totally different fr the previous showroom.worst thing is the 2nd bathroom was look so limited space bcoz the wall to cover the water hose was built in the middle of the bathroom.btw i had assign the main reno panel n price wisely quite acceptable...the rest of building look satisfy...

really need to know the size, last week i went to court m@mm@uth, saw a really classy wooden bedroom set, and price wise cheap tho, but the size really huge, the wordrobe itself hav 8 doors, the sales gal said some lift size might not fit the furniture (canot 'go in' the lift tongue.gif).

If you mean the old, house building before they relocated to the smaller office unit that they are in now, yes I went to the showroom but don't remember being told anything like this..I'll have to see it for myself hmm.gif

Is the bathroom size exactly like the layout design? As long as the bathroom size is the same, I am ok..can always renovate/design as we like..but if the room is smaller then we should raise this matter up hmm.gif

The week I went in, the guard was a Middle eastern guy I think (looks Mid-eastern but speaks rather fluent BM), he was chatty and allowed us to go in..saw another couple go in and take the lift up I think. Last weekend, we went again and I think this time the guard was from India/Bangladesh, he didn't say a word and just shook his head when I asked if can go in, so we didn't go in.

And please, it's not that I'm racist in identifying them this way but just saying which guard would be more willing to let you in and which won't so you can just drive by and see who is the guard before deciding to park and get down to ask sweat.gif sweat.gif

Last week i met my fren who previously bought PV 12, and he actually bought this phase as well.. notworthy.gif

Point to note about this reno things:

1- go to panel contractor.. he said they have a showroom and sample of material at the car park...probably the one between block A & B hmm.gif not sure if this panel contractor is the main contractor finishing this building rclxub.gif

2- the price by the panel contractor much cheaper from outside as per my fren experience.. even he told me if we want to appoint outside contractor, we need to put deposit RM1k cash to management (for reno and not appliance fittings..)

3- if want to install grill, must follow their design..so better use panel contractor for the grill.

Dyensem, did u mean between block A and B of PV13 or PV12? I'm also looking for contractors now to install lighting points, fan, plasyer ceiling etc at my unit and want it urgently.. Just wonder, if we are using the same main/panel contractors for all the residents, wouldnt it take longer time for renovation to complete for our houses?
