Dyensem, did u mean between block A and B of PV13 or PV12? I'm also looking for contractors now to install lighting points, fan, plasyer ceiling etc at my unit and want it urgently.. Just wonder, if we are using the same main/panel contractors for all the residents, wouldnt it take longer time for renovation to complete for our houses?

My fren bought pv 12 n have panel contractor there, n i'm sure there will be panel contractor for pv 13, not sure the same panel or not..

If all residents using panel, not sure it would take longer time or not..trust it should base on contract..we can demand n they need to sort it up hiring more workers..just my 2 cents..

I manage to go into my unit and have an inspection. Currently the floor not so clean and the ceiling felt like not high enough. Overall the size is not look as big as what I imagine and expected.

I went to check my unit but it was locked...

So, i went to the level above car park as there is still open and got few general workers rectifying something..
Most of the units at this level still opened...so i went to the 3 rooms + 1 study area unit..

Huge door, So no problem for big furniture..

Kitchen..

I think the kitchen too small..I thought in the plan layout, the window width shoul be same for both side on the left and right of the door...
I'm not sure if the door width is wider and need to adjust one of the window width..but I remember on the showroom, they fitted 2 kitchen cabinets on the opposite site...
