Oh.1 of my fren was setup curtain for new pv showroom.he thought this month end can go in tim.but i think earliest on end july lo.depend our cf officer do their job lo.

July huh, that's ok I guess..my initial estimate was end of August..can't wait to move into new home. The surrounding area, especially the shop houses behind, look great. Now we have Dominos there, sure will have more open soon and even more with the new mall which looks like opening by this month

It seem the last wall of paint is done...Now it watering time for the trees n flower...

I drove by there last week and saw that the shoplots on the ground floor still not finished, painting, glasses, etc. But driving past the condo these few nights, it's starting to look good from the outside, looks like all buildings are painted now.

SMS received said that we will be getting our keys soon and that they have keen buyers interested to buy and to contact her if we want to sell or rent our condo.

How'd this person get my phone number, makes me want to go to the sales office this weekend and scream my head off

I got the SMS from this JA property as well. I guess they get our number from d developer. Otherwise how they know we own a property there. I went to check d area inside n bump into d mgmt ppl of pv. They tell me we're getting keys soon. Very soon he said. Any neighbors at 7th floor ?

SMS from a Ms. V? Phone numbers are private, giving it away to people without permission even if they are real estate agents is bad.

Anyway, did they say how soon? I drove by there this evening and looks like ground floor still not finished entirely. I'm on 19th, A.

Today my fren wil bring me into this new site.hopefullu can do some inspection on the surrounding n take some pic to share lo...

anybody know which block is block A?

Here're some pics I took from my visit today. Spoke to the security guard this afternoon, he said that the last day of the project is 18 June and that we should get keys earliest by 20 June. If not 20, then maybe 25 June or 01 July.

He also mentioned that workers are now working double shifts, round the clock to finish it up. Don't know if it's true but I think 01 July is a more realistic deadline to me.

EDIT: the guard said we can go up if we wanted to go look around but I figured I'd go next week since they're still cleaning up. From the looks of the lift lobby, the parking lots and the playground on the ground floor, it's going to be a pretty sweet place

My fren previously bought PV12, he told me there will be contractors inside the building.. and he advise to sign contract with the main contractor as the price would be cheaper compared you bring outside contractor..

of coz becoz main contractor get volume jobs!!
