Master bedroom
2nd bedroom 3rd room Master Bedroom Toilet Toilet QUOTE(PeterChai288 @ Jun 25 2011, 10:34 AM) but 1 thing is the toilet not big enough n the ceiling inside is using abestos ceiling board like office.imho, better change to plaster ceiling too... Yup...I totally agree..It was because of the pillar block (not in the layout plan though)..So, it left a small area for the shower.. don't know why there is a pillar there..piping??too big..and the asbestos ceiling too low i think, and make the toilet looks even smaller...This post has been edited by Dyensem: Jun 26 2011, 11:10 PM |

Can we fit a kitchen cabinet there? with sink & hob? whats the normal depth? can anyone share? not sure, but it definitely more than 1.5 ft... it can accommodate kitchen cabinet on the wall side and would be in line with the door... But definitely can't fit kitchen cabinet on both sides (double side) as they did in showhouz.. unless you wan't to adjust and take few feet from your dining area.. I was just looking at the tiles beneath, 1.5 so i assume 1.5feet.
Definitely cannot be cabinet on both side. If the sink side is around 2 ft, thats quite ok. Coz most cabinet have around 2ft depth. The showhouse didnt have a full cabinet on the wall side also (if i can remember correctly) it just have a wall rack, and a bar counter which took some space of the dining area. Hope the yard outside is quite spacious, may need to use that space for cabinet. (Pecah pintu??) Added on June 26, 2011, 11:10 pmalmost forgot, thanks for the photos... its helpfull This post has been edited by hazwanh: Jun 26 2011, 11:10 PM |

Yea..its spacious...i'm thinking to hack the wall also...but not sure...maybe just install full height cabinet..becoz, if hack wall then need to consider installing window on the outer side..Added on June 26, 2011, 11:20 pm QUOTE(hazwanh @ Jun 26 2011, 11:09 PM) almost forgot, no problem pal..just live nearby..and thats first time managed to get in thanks for the photos... its helpfull This post has been edited by Dyensem: Jun 26 2011, 11:20 PM |

Dyensem, thank you for the pics, appreciate it
EDIT: the kitchen does look quite small..may have to renovate and do wall extension or make a bar counter or as you said, extend out to the yard This post has been edited by Odinn: Jun 27 2011, 12:13 AM |

The panel name MCF...They told me that the dbkl is not checking yet...so need to wait...most probably i can start renovate as soon as i get thekey...Hopefully in early of july. Added on June 27, 2011, 12:20 am QUOTE(Dyensem @ Jun 26 2011, 10:46 PM) Master bedroom Yup...Bcoz of the building piping, so there was a pillar there...It totally a big different from the showroom...Maybe we should measure it...if there is any miscalculation compare to our plan, maybe we can complain n get the refund as it been written on our S&P.2nd bedroom 3rd room Master Bedroom Toilet Toilet Yup...I totally agree..It was because of the pillar block (not in the layout plan though)..So, it left a small area for the shower.. don't know why there is a pillar there..piping??too big..and the asbestos ceiling too low i think, and make the toilet looks even smaller... Normally need to deposit some fee to management (rm 1k if im not mistaken, plus few hundreds for cleaning fee), fill up some forms,
for security guard purposes, cleaning after renovation, garbage disposal and also some rules need to be followed, such as working period, lift management, parking area for the lorries, the reason is that not to disturb other tenant, (if renovate early then no much tenant yet, then can be quite lenient) For their in-house contractors, some of these fees/deposits are waived I am not sure in details. |

That's nice... i should buy PV13 rather than PV10 (subsales)...haizzz...
the materials far better than PV10...the issues one this PV13 more near to HTC and the main road (might be a bit noisy) but very close to retails shops.. This post has been edited by cutealex: Jul 4 2011, 05:02 PM |
