I'm still struggling with hairline cracks within the 2nd room of my unit.. quite surpirse that no other unit experiencing the same.. is it..?? at least, this what been told by the project team..

everytime they hack and re-do skimming and painting - the crack will be visible again after few days.. tired waiting..

and did anyone know that Setiakon is using cement bricks for the outer wall..?? is this a common thing for high-rise building..??

Anyone with Unit facing the lake want to install glass panel with window at utility area near kitchen? Cost RM1,300 (full glass from floor to ceiling plus double leaf window, tinted). Mine will be installed in two weeks time. Maybe can get cheaper if got more orders :-)

Hmmm. my unit doesn't has much repair works actually.
But now the AC is giving problem. DO you know that there are two compressors with 5 blowers (3 rooms, 2 in living). The monster compressor with 3 blowers always giving problem, sometime 1 blower blowing only air. In future if any of these compressors break down, all respective blowers cannot be used. Don't know why the developer chose this kind equipment

Yes - only 2 compressor for 4 units of A/C for my unit. It's kinda crazy.. I have not tried to crank up the A/C to max yet.. Something i might try tomorrow when having that joint site inspection.. Yet again..
