Mine lake facing too.. Just put it up for rental. Fully furnished.
Hoping for higher rental rate. I heard partly furnished (no furniture, just lightings) going for RM2,800/mth. thumbup.gif

Please choose your tenant carefully. Too many stories bout students trashing place or causing a nuisance to neighbours.

Too many students rental and the place will become a student place like Cyber Ria. That would definitely jeopardize the market rate and appeal of the place.

The heard the domain have become as such.

Hi Jeanginger, I have checked with management office, the problem with renting a car park is the owner will not be able to provide a master card as only 2 master access cards will be provided for each unit, I've been talking to few owners who are willing to rent the car park but no master access card because they need to use it too, I can only apply for 'user' card which will not allow me to go through the guard house, which means everytime I come back I have to get the guardhouse to open the gate for me.

So for the time being I don't need to rent a car park , only apply for the user card and management office actually ask me to park at visitor parking since there are plenty of visitor parking available. So far quite satisfied with MO as they are quire helpful, just that I only realized yesterday and the air con in my unit not yet filled up with gas! Tenant already moved in and complaint to me that the air con is not working.

mine lake facing, with lighting, fan, curtain rail, mount laundry drying rack, renting it out with the similar rental.

we should really create a close group in facebook for all owners, this lowyat thread is opened and everybody can sees it and lack of privacy, creating a facebook closed group can gather all the owners and share information/problem/enquiry which is very useful at times. Who is with me?

There are several FB sites for Mirage, but I think those are regd as "Local Business" and they are made for public.

Suggest you got Mid Valley the Car Park Level 1- below escalator near McD,

Hi guys,

just wondering if any of you are having problems with the air conditioning?

I remember telling them last month and they refilled it but within a couple of weeks, gas finished (despite the unit has been empty) and I come every other weekend to clean the unit.

I requested for the air cond to be fixed last monday and till today, no news, apparently, the air cond service contractor MBTL engages has no gas, whatever that means.

Anyone know where I can lodge a proper complaint? as the office mgmt have not been helpful and my tenant is moving in next week.

Apparently, OSKP have NOT been paying the contractors so the air cond contractors do NOT want to come and fix. This is not good...

That's good price if successfully rented out.

I've got a unit, non lake facing highest floor. Have furnished it fully in February with intention to visit once every fortnight. Have only been there once since.

Wonder how much rental can I fetch for this fully furnish 2bedroom.

I think June 15 delivery possible. They are removing hoarding board fir garden villa.
The pool at Block B looks ready too.....

Salt water pool closed for maintenance, too greenish. yuck! cry.gif

Get your own contractor to do it.
Make sure you ask them to check all connection, possible small leaks. Also ensure blowers connected to correct outdoor compressor unit. New unit usually got no gas, ne refillin..
