In my past experience, it depends. Worst come to worst, you have to bear the late interest penalty.

I dont know, last time there wasnt any, that was waay in 2010 when i work there. But i know there were many events with fireworks in Putrajaya.

Hi guys, i just received invoice letter for VP (phase 2). Initially i thought i just want to get over and pay the late payment charges until i saw the invoice amounted to rm 2k, what donyou guys think? Any advice?

I'ts good now the owners already have few fruitfull meetings with the management. There are already motions on banning PH tenants from MBTL discussed in the whatsapp group.
