yes - received mine too today. why we have to pay for the late interest or something?

Checked with OSK - the late payment basically caused by the late transaction of bank to release the facility on the payment for sub 2a. after due date but this is case to case basis.

Mine is 1.3k ++ also because late received of LOU from Bank's lawyer to OSK.. haisshh..

just snail mail to them oso can.. via bank draft or cheque..

I paid mine 2 weeks ago but still waiting bank to make final release.. maybank, please hurry up..

I believe so.. there's a link within the letter asking us to register as the owner of OSK homes.. not yet do..

what a mess.. the unit is not ready for occupant. lot's of defect on my unit - probably a leak on the roof since there is watermark even after first repair.. more than a month waited now since joint inspection..
