my advice is buy cheapest possible as subsale is unproven in cyberjaya...

those who buy expensive more than 500k if they have money no prob...if they buy for investment gonna have challange to unload it later...

why u choose gravit8 over cyberjaya? in fact cyber many shared service..Klang only few as mostly SME..
