when mbtl pre launch, i was there its over 600k....no budget
after that, saw verdi, took it as much nicer and.cheaper (forget abt price per square feet in.this case).
after few years, got.abit budget saw gravit8. took it which is < 450k. didnt keep.watching for mbtl anymore or.another words enough cyberjaya for me

lucky for you. good move buy in gravit8.
gravit8 anytime better than MBTL cyberjialat.

anyone have layout plan 1295 sqft block B .. I'mlloking at MTBL official website they dont have that layout .. but the auction list stated 1295 sqft huhu

Guess it is d largest layout in blk B, either unit no.1 or 5. which is Type B2.

Most expats accommodation are paid by their company and most choose to stay near their office or community.
