Bad comment in the forum are giving chance for investor to grab it in very good price due to less competitor

But still..i saw a unit from reserve price from 3**k bid til 5**k ..those people are bid like crazy

actually 5**k still far behind bank value..it is good buy for those plan to own stay..not for investment
checked jurunilai kajang..big unit value 800k, small unit 650k
too bad >500k is beyond my budget..
even though osk build quality is so so..but my wife was fall in love with landscape design which is done by Seksan design

Ya, we saw few PH..but we think it still safe to stay here..the security did good job..everwhr is cctv and a proper securiy control room..
actually PH issues are everywhr in klang valley

Last weekend ph trashed the pool with beer bottles.
Always worried they will rape ppl before fly off

For those seriously consider stay at cyberjaya, i believe they wont concern about the exit plan, MBTL facility and lanscape no doubt is better comparing others project in cyberjaya with range 400k~550k(what i mean is auction is value buy)

Criteria for both are different. The order of priorities for investment and own stays are different.

If for own stay, you buy based on your needs, lifestyle and location that you are comfortable. Of course your affordability.

I can see more Korean moving in and more kids playing on ground floor near by the pool side in late afternoon...

which explain why some ppl desperately sabotage MBTL...

Some people just Jealous , apa lagi ...

I will be surprise but also feel good if he think MBTL do well, will affect his SEG...
