Buyer buy dont feel responsible to pay interest at all
During under construction.

Once siap culture shock can tover loan+maintenance fee.

They thought this place easily flip for instant profit didnt realize it was further from the truth

The last RM400k seems to have no bidder? Current lowest is RM360k (10% drop) ... how low is low?

You could easily offload one of your collection and buy cash. besides, you can buy using your company name.

Maybe Goodview Height, cause got 1 unit offer below Developer price in next 1-2 months.

The surprising thing is why there was no bidder even at rm400k, as developer was selling at rm900k b4 discount just before completion. I tot it would have been the lowest!

Maybe got dead body inside?

Sometimes when the reserve price drops too low, it will attract many many bidders, who will then bid up the price above the previous round.
