That's decent price as the entry price was about 500 psf

Can start processing with bank for the drawn down then make appointment with OSK for inspection and handling over (7 days lead time). |

I have been seeing many African/Nigerian going in and out of the place. There's a unit where I saw at least 5-6 people staying and they do not have any access cards. They just give some excuse or BS to the Security Guards and they we allowed in. They are ruining the image of MBTL. It will soon be like Domain or CyberRia and not to forget there might be crimes. |
