I took a look at the place. Its much too isolated with too narrow roads due to terrible parking from Bukit OUG. It's not a very good neighbourhood either I have been told and with a rough look around.
It's going to be an extremely high density area and leasehold status. Judging by the terrain and existing roads, it would be very challenging to build too. For the price to take off you really need the additional link and LRT thing to take off there. At RM350+psf I think its too expensive considering the risks we are taking for this project. |
