Why higher floors have higher noise ? Shouldn't it be quieter ?

Lower floors is nearer highway cars.

according to z residence and bukit oug thread, those guys say there will be a new road leading to jln 1/155B.

don't know how true that is.

New road will be build but it is something like the traffic light in puncak jalil/puchong highway.

It will be a nightmare during peak hours with so many condos around same area using the road 1/155B heading towards new LRT.

Existing apartment:

Green avenue, Greenfields, Jalil damai, Sri rakyat , bukit oug


New apartment:

Treez, KM1, z residence, kiara residence, kiara2, Max. ohmy.gif

I went at 10 am this morning and sales guy told me left only 10 NON-bumi units ? shocking.gif

And these are the not so attractive units !

What is happening, can somebody tell me ?

Must wait how many years before it can be sold to non-bumi if the bumi unit is not sold ?

If after putting 3% deposit and the buyer cannot get loan, do we forfeit the deposit or can we get it back ?

I heard from sales staff that the internal staff get to buy them first.

They are buying to sell it off later. I think due to oversupply of condo in 3 years time, they might be making a loss this time.

I don't think there's enough buyers once the interest rate goes up in 3 years, so my assessment is quite risky.

how many bumi units are allocated ? if unsold after how many years can be open to public ?
