Agent said some ppl singed SnP, is it true? Anyone has signed?

I received a call from the lawyer this afternoon, they ask me to sign S&P this weekend.

Finally someone from LYN forum has been called for S&P signing. But the Bukit OUG condo complaint sounds worrying as long as it is not being resolved though the complaint is targeting the lot beside Kiara.

i just received a call from kiara resources ask me to call lawyer to arrange to sign S&P. any kiara residence buyer here already sign the S&P? Still worry about the incident...dunno being solve or not.

i thot the complain is aimed at kiara?

I Signed S&P last Sunday. But the date still not sure year as they will only put a date once the developer sign on it.
Any other sign S&P Already?

If sign, mean no matter the building fully constructed or abandon u still have to pay for the full loan amount later. if dun sign and drag a while, just in case the report no good and delay, u only loss ur booking fees but not the full deposit.

Hi Kiara Residence buyers.

How does UOB's loan package differ from AMbank's package for this project? Or they have no differences at all? As I know, panel banks offer standard rate of BLR-2.2%. UOB tenure up to 40yrs. How about AMbank? Which is better?
