i already sign the letter offer for 2 months. Still waiting for the S&P. Anyone got update info about this?

i call my agent. he told me next week will start arrange to sign S&P. anyone got update info?

agent told me the lawyer arranging for the S&P signing. but i wonder the condo bukit OUG issue settle?
Worry that if we already sign the S&P and the project force to stop due to above issue...anyone got latest update and opinion? |

i just received a call from kiara resources ask me to call lawyer to arrange to sign S&P. any kiara residence buyer here already sign the S&P? Still worry about the incident...dunno being solve or not.
