The SA only mentioned the signing of S&P can be done next month but never specify any dates. It seems quite hard to get the AP for projects around that area. Z residence has not gotten theirs as well.
According to the SA, the delay of getting the AP will affect the launching date of Kiara 2 as well. |

jus receive call from UOB agent, they said the AP has been approve and the developer going to arrange SnP sign off...
