This is the first major construction project by Kiara so most probably they are a bit messy. This might be a good investment as it is quite near to the LRT station but most probably it will take longer time to be completed. Ya, the sales agent told me the delay of Kiara 2 is because the developer has not obtained the approval for the project, most probably they will launch it in Oct. Clever developer. Collected money and delay on snp start date.
