Yeah anyone call the sales office? The AP has been issued quite sometime. No one being called for S&P signing?

z res get the ap later than kiara also signing snp now.. |

Any further news on the complaint filed by Bukit OUG condo regarding the site clearing? That can be a show stopper if it is not resolved peacefully.

I have a couple of friends receiving calls from the developer stating the S&P is ready for signing and will arrange a session for the signing. But has the complaint filed by the Bukit OUG residents being resolved?

Wah.. received call? i haven receive yet...
If after sign S&P the project stop, we all gone lo... still need to pay bank loan but get nothing... |

What will happen if IKRAM fail the project. Can KL Mayor call back/cancel the approval? What will happen to the deposit and bank loan?
Can anyone advise on this??? |

agent told me the lawyer arranging for the S&P signing. but i wonder the condo bukit OUG issue settle?
Worry that if we already sign the S&P and the project force to stop due to above issue...anyone got latest update and opinion? |
