None of the above. The nearest rail line is the KTM Segambut.
While the government had postponed MRT3 circle line, it is not impossible for it to be revived.

after 4 years if govt decides to build it then add another 6 years of construction.

at least 10 years to go la. by then your house would have lelonged waiting for it.

Even without the postponement, the construction is supposed to start in 2025, when the township matures. Therefore if they revive the project early, there won't be significant delay. Afterall, with the good location, after 10 years, not surprising for the value to appreciate to double the cost.

Yea, best to ask them whats confirmed starting construction now. for now my take is to avoid them due to serious progress problems of their condos elsewhere. hows progress of the met 1?

At this rate, expected completion by 2nd quarter of 2022.

They need to speed up...

If not wrong, the S&P signing started in April 2017. I think they are slightly behind...
