Believe cant bring much resi as the masterplan is not a resi township, could be more towards business opportunity

Corporates wont go for retails office, do you mean solaris and publika? So call first grade A Office building still under con in the area, mayb this works?

Bad record, developer should take responsibility on this. Can see their weakness in this masterpiece land, too slow and couldnt execute good. Beside met 1 n an hotel, others related seems just JV with other developer.

Seems MET1 residential will be VPed this year. But other components still long way to go.

actually this project is scarey to me. because , if only 1 developer koyak , it will affect the entire landscape. so to buy b4 full completion is quite risky. but to buy after full completion is expensive. chick and egg.

As I understand, the developer managed to convert the land from leasehold to freehold. The price was much lower before the conversion.

Did anyone's owner receive the key recently? Horrible and terrible workmanship. This is dissater!!! Buying with such a price but delivering shity works. mad.gif
