UOA has successful track record doing it.. Master developer plays major role of a major business dev. As in not just Lrt, mrt station but also networks to bring in MNC. Is there any successful similar dev by Naza?

PH didn't ask, It was Gamuda willingly halve the cost and ask PH to reconsider....

maybe re route to land owned by ph gov instead of bn gov.

of all the mega projects that initiated by BN gov, this MRT3 is the only one that wont cost PH gov for cancellation or difficult face value with foreign nations.
