Naza sent out an email (22/1/2020), they acknowledge there is a delay in distributing the IRS. They gave 2 options i.e.

Option 1: any unpaid IRS Payment is to be made upon VP with additional interest of 8% p.a. calculated on daily basis.
Option 2: any unpaid IRS Payment is to be made in accordance with IRS schedule.

1 week to respond, other default option will be selected i.e. option 1.

Hope the above is helpful.

Anyone gets payment yet? I chose option 2 but till now not yet receive any notification. It doesn't sounds right, don't know when are they going to pay😡

Convention centre - struggling before Covid. After Covid sure worse

Offices - No MNC or top GLC confirmed so far. Will be white elephant

Apartments - extremely high supply with arteh, fiddleZ, met 1 and many more incoming supplies

MRT - at least 2026

Developer execution - this is the main concern here. Some of their projects are abandoned. Will they cut every corner for this met1?
Understand from friends who were agents for this met that many agencies left them because N@*@ didn't pay their commission even years after VP.

Tot convention center doing ok? based on their record pre covid, every month average 2 events.

Offices - Only miti and matrade (but the only office building haven completed yet, still in construction right) (while hap seng still doing ground work n pilling)

Apartments - agreed - a lot is coming in surrounding from mid to mid high end, plus existing MK units

MRT - agreed latest also 2026

Developer - erm.. this is bad, can check which projects abandoned? Met 1 so far so good, as from the outlook and speed, but sales struggling i guess.
It happens other developers dint pay comm also, years back i heard, those really bad kaki, and they dont care if you sue them. If this really happen here, better stay away, not steady.
