Same like their batu tiga/shah alam project...

From far looks ok...close up.....very mid cost with some clever line cover up makes it modern.

The only show units what you see is what you get (as promised lah...but also formed part of signed doc) is bbcc lurentia show units.

Saved for curtain soft furnitures n movable items.

Another one is anggun residences show units.

Even if you dont buy...just go and take a look. Much better than go lepak lepak at new malls.....

Cancellation of mrt3 has nothing to do with cost.

It has to do with songlap practices. They want to stop all those on the take and givers.

You cant dont have federal capital spending. Its one way to boost the economics.

Bdr malaysia not officially abandoned yet so with trx.

PH didn't ask, It was Gamuda willingly halve the cost and ask PH to reconsider....

maybe re route to land owned by ph gov instead of bn gov.

of all the mega projects that initiated by BN gov, this MRT3 is the only one that wont cost PH gov for cancellation or difficult face value with foreign nations.
