I am comparing the proximity of MET1 with MiTEC with MARC residence with KLCC
Was told by Naza MET2 is expecting Marriot
How can you compare the occupancy of MiTEC which is still new with KL Convention centre which has been in the market for decades? Anyway MET1 won't be ready in another 3-4 years.
MiTEC is MITI's project, do you think the government will let this project stop?

Wellness suite.. ok, this one I have no info available yet. the term wellness suite is used to indicate there will be a medical center in the township.
As regarding to the competition with Arte, it depends on how you look at it. Both projects has their own pros and cons.
MET1 is closer to the heart of KL Metropolis, whereas Arte is closer to Mont Kiara (and the HTC)
