Choose the parking level I think is wise choice as I do not think the discount is justified for floors higher than parking level. The none parking level is like RM50-60k pricier.

In fact... it can be USP if the parking bay is same level as your unit as you do not need to wait for the lift.

You can compare artist impression and actual product of Arte's completed properties. Aesthetically it looks cheap but the design and structurally, it is very medium cost-ish feel.

Arte MK on brochure looks impressive aesthetically however I very much doubt actual product will assembling anything like that all. And I am afraid the worse part if the material selection will make it even look "cheap" and hard to maintain.

Seems MET1 residential will be VPed this year. But other components still long way to go.
