Regardless what been said, a lot of projects selling on future potential MRT3.
This will undoubtedly halt the demands for such speculators and developer will need to do more to fill in the gaps |

The property arm is not listed despite many projects on hand, meaning they are really well funded and supported. They dont seem in rush to push through projects as well, so holding power must be very strong for those big lands.

Heard d massive discounts now are to support the weak cashflow. |
