Those surrouding SS is selling at 1000 psf, it really confused me why Sunrise want to price it so low???? PV2, PV5, PV8, PV10 condos at taman Melati now on going project is at Jalan Genting Klang/Danau Kota Lake View

Can anyone list the panel bank for this project: i know MAYBANK, HLB, UOB, CIMB, ????
So far in this forum, i know a lot of purchaser buy SS for Residential used but any purchaser that already brought the SS is plan for Office used??? Pls show urself...

Well someone i met at launch bought a unit to use as her office for her business. But, I'm not sure if it tells the whole picture.

Went in one of the floor in Empire subang soho last week.. most of them are for business use.. can see buntings and signboards along the corridors.. legal firm, tailor shops, acc/audit firm etc.. FitnessFirst also there..

wondering if MC consist of 50% pro-office & 50% pro-residential, then cannot run smoothly? if majority of the MC committee pro-office usage, they may intro rules against residential use?
