let's just say many FORUMERS are buying for residential use.. Other than forumers, the rest are most likely for business use..Went in one of the floor in Empire subang soho last week.. most of them are for business use.. can see buntings and signboards along the corridors.. legal firm, tailor shops, acc/audit firm etc.. FitnessFirst also there..
