i strongly recommend monolands vipod. walk to klcc and beside pavillion.

Those who buy their titiwangsa sentral project already make money

easy, 1 fella buy office, 1 fella buy studio from monoland la.
office is around rm750per sq feet i think.

If still want studios I can recommend at petaling jaya. Jaya that side. But I think many register already pre register there interest there as well
