Sunrise will be starting their next KLCC project shortly.... this one I heard will be 2 blocks consisting of 62 and 41 storeys... a global brand shall make its presence here....

Where did you get your news from? This one should be the Angkasa Raya building right? Definately will not be cheap as their land cost was very high too....The distance between this project and Summer Suites is approx 800 metres.... |

I have 1 recently approved case, BLR-1.9% only...
market is running at that rate right now... normally the banks will only entertain if you have an offer letter to show in order for them to fight a better rate for u |
