But there's no denying that TS was the best buy for 2009. Their newer launches aren't as great compared to TS, that's for sure...some more got some weird ruling like the pairing crap....

We all know the pros and cons of Monoland KLCC SOHO vs. Sunrise Solaris SOHO, so I won't state my preference of one over the other.

i think the site is to the left pf Renaissance hotel near the highway. is developer going to make a grand entrance into the site? otherwise, the devlopment could be secluded, dunno good or not.

good question, or are they going to use the road around Renaissance? can enter from JSI and J.Ampang.

comparison between this development and other development is welcome but not discussing about other development purely in this thread. not fair for other forummers who might missed out the debate.
anyway, just received sms for solaris suite for 17 & 18th Jan.

That's for the 2nd tower. First tower preview will be on this weekend, 400 units up for grabs for 1000 users apparently. I guess they are doing the groundwork for the 2nd session.
