how to rsvp for the e-invite?

let's wait & confirm the size and the detail first lar...
anyway dun forget the downside of this project oso:

- leasehold
- cemetary
- kampung baru
- facing abandoned building
- might be too small for a size of studio
- maybe too high density (last time I heard 1000+ units)
- concept (IMHO is the most important factor!!!!!!)

if it is residential 30% down also is not a small amount

It is commercial, but it seems the agents are saying only 70% loan. Not sure how true this is...

loan for commercial usually will not get high MOF as compared to residential loan.. at most also 80 to 85% ...
Wow... if its only 70%, I guess the rich will get richer.. middle and small time investor will just hav to stand aside and watch..

heard from sunrise salesperson, it will be launch on 15 Jan but for invited guest only.

Maybe register 1st come 1st serve.. maybe system random pick..
all I know I hav fren who saja register also got the e-invi.. not to say he is VVIP, got connection or wat

maybe because of my race because when asked to register there's option for Malay chinese indian others.

so i dont rule that out also.

dont make up assuption out of thin air la... duh..

The price is so affordable, some more in the heart of KL triangle sphere. But with such price, the unit is going to be extremely small.

Cautiously keen on this project. Limiting invitees to create a bbb atmosphere ? Or to gauge response for fine-tuning (increase) prices later ? Or because of opening limited units to gauge public response ? Or could be registration to mine registrant data for analysis. If anyone goes, pls keep us updated. I din register anyway.

I think it is more for crowd control.. Sunrise already know this project is gonna be hot thus sending invitation to avoid overwhelming crowd in their office...
