maybe because of my race because when asked to register there's option for Malay chinese indian others.

a little bird told me that Sunrise Berhad is in hot water for selling the Bumi-units to Non-Bumi Units of the Summer Suites. DBKL and KPKT was informed.

usually it's like this. developer can only sell bumi units to non-bumi units when they are not taken up after 6-12 months after launch.
so sunrise is hoping nobody reports the matter to DBKL/KPKT. However, my source has told there are complaints by young professional bumiputras who wanted to buy the bumi lot but to no avail. worse thing, the people at sunrise arrogantly said the non-bumis are buying at non-discount price so i guess the bumis are more enlightened now about their rights. If one or two reports they might not care. but if many reports they will have to look at the issue themselves. Don't play2 with the authority. they might still want to protect the interest of the people (or political goal). But again I don't think this project will be halted. since the gov is buying sunrise anyway. but that doesn't mean the non-bumi buying bumi lots can rest well. I guess we still have to wait and see... it's all like that one. |
