Glc is close to formally controlling sunrise, launch seems timed to bring up share prices & signal a good start for uem. But will be interesting to watch if this is a good start for investors who look forward to make some $. As long as it is a soho, everyone's antennas pops up & overlook all other countervailing factors Soho rules !?

I think any location in kl will make ANY developer a success story, & therefore their purchasers will reap their rewards too. Its just a matter of scaling the price to match the anticipated returns, and the percentage returns should be quite constant between areas within kl unless a project is located somewher in the backwaters of pudu or backstreets of chowkit.

Lawyers really know how to interpret sensitive things delicately without breaking the law .. just don't challenge the authorities directly like empire ..
