Hi guys,

Have few questions need to be answered here about ASOS website.

How's the reliability of this site? Do they carry only authentic products? And I've heard from another fellow forumer here that ASOS is known to have missing parcels, wrong items,no refunds, as they ship our items to Malaysia. So just wanna know whether I should proceed my order with this site or not. Anyone encountered any problem while using their services? hmm.gif

Next would be how do I make payments to them? Couldn't find this information anywhere in their site (perhaps because I've not registered with them yet). Could it be through paypal or something?

Looking forward for some replies from experienced customers from ASOS rclxms.gif .

Thanks in advance guys.

Is there any total price limit that i must consider before buying from ASOS to avoid being taxed?
As i know, if the package is declared as gift, there would be no tax.
Did ASOS printed the invoice infront or enclosed it in the package?

You can trust the website, everything is original and both my dealings with them so far has been pleasant. Both items arrived earlier than expected.
And yes, free shipping worldwide really means free shipping worldwide.

Lololol. This qualifies as quote of the month. I concur... I pay a huge premium for courier too. I don't trust the local postal service.

i'm considering giving asos a try since they have free international shipping...so far never heard any probs from them from uk sprees...but having thm shipped to m'sia is another story...i've had a few of my items lost in uk sprees...it seems that both the UK's and M'sia's postal services are equally bad...

UK shipping is not bad. Just that Royal Mail itself doesn't have tagging and signature procedures making sh1ts worse when you lose your items or have no method of tracking it.

When it sent to a wrong place, you need to call to complain, ask to look the parcel back for you, this and that....

ASOS is freaking, f**king reliable. haha. I've bought from them countless times, only 1 parcel lost. contacted them and a replacement was sent to me immediately. no complains there.

however most of my postage are to australia except for 1 if I remember correctly, so yea its gotta be poslaju's fault.

This is the 2nd time i purchase from ASOS. The last time i purchased was on december 2010 and it never arrive but i already got my refund. Early this month, i wanted to give them another chance but till now i still receive my stuffs yet. I was wondering why i never receive them? i just used normal card pay instead of paypal but i guess that makes no difference on shipping right? I am from Sarawak btw

Added on June 17, 2011, 11:59 amand currently they only have standard shipping to MALAYSIA which does not have tracking ID so how am i suppose to trace my item?

Ordered once (could not quit my habit after returning from the UK). Arrived in an astounding 5 working days -- chose the Free International Shipping option. Am extremely pleased.

In any case, even if my parcel goes missing, ASOS is reliable and values customer support enough to help me out. There is definitely a peace of mind.

That's the beauty of shopping in Britain!

Placed another order now. Let's see how long it takes smile.gif

guys. I need some advice on this.

currently they stated that guy has a 30" waist and he wore a 32" jeans.

my problem, is that I'm a 33" measured by measuring tape but always get W31 jeans.

Should I get 32" or 34" regular or long?

ok, I'm using a visa debit card to try and purchase some things from ASOS.com,

1. I select the items I want
2. I click on 'ADD TO BAG'
3. it directs me to the 'Confirm & Pay' page
4. I click 'PLACE ORDER'
5. It then shows : The following errors have occurred : The card security number is not specified.

I don't see anywhere where I can key in my security number, whether it's on the 'Confirm and Pay' page or when I go to ' EDIT/ ADD' under the 'SELECT PAYMENT METHOD & SECURITY CODE'

I'm quite sure many forumers do purchase things from ASOS, just want to know where did I go wrong.

Thank you!

i think its mostly due to our local postal service (poslaju/pos malaysia). bcos im at australia, and have ordered from both asos UK and asos AU, the delivery service is flawless. comes about one week after i ordered it online. and im really glad about the free delivery. that way i dont feel the urge to buy more. buy one by one would be fine too. smile.gif

Yeah. ASOS Australia is here. But ffs, that's only for them to source the Aussie brands. I think I read somewhere, any orders you send in are still processed and taken from the UK warehouse.

Anyway, what someone said was right. I've ordered 4-5 times from ASOS in Australia and all is well. They said 14 days but it usually arrives in 5-7 days. Free shipping within a week = you cannot complain..

I think Malaysia's local customs or poslaju is stuffing it up. That's what's happening to the lost mail.

Looks really good. I agree if it was sort of "brownish" like in the ASOS web, would've been better. But shit green is cool.

I think its more of a lighting issue than anything..

Uh oh. This does not look good unsure.gif

Made my first ever order from Asos last Friday and they told me my order was dispatched on Monday.

Scheduled to arrive on or before 5th January 2012.

I don't mind if its a little late, as long as the stuff does arrive at my place.

Hopefully it does not go AWOL like some people's orders on this thread cry.gif

Sighhh.

They've got loads of amazing stuff at affordable prices as well but then I've heard quite a few complaints about orders not arriving at all.

Hmm. A bit sad really.

if the package is small enough they just put into your postbox...if big then hopefully they'll ring the bell but usually i'm not at home so i go and collect at the post office...don't think it's poslaju...

Wad company are they working for then? Kinda curious.

Really hope both my orders will arrive. Either on time or a bit later, I won't mind.

As long as they arrive, I'd be really glad.

And then the next thing I'll do once they've arrived and gained my trust, I'll make tons of orders from ASOS again.

It was stated in an email from ASOS. The expected date whereby the stuff would have been delivered to my place is either on or before 5th January 2012.
By the way, I posted an inquiry about this on their Facebook wall last night and they told me I would be receiving it by the 13th instead.

I have no idea who sent it actually, coz I live in a hostel and when I went to the office on the ground floor yesterday afternoon to check it was already with the security guard, I didn't see the delivery guys. I'm assuming its the people from Poslaju.

I'm not sure bro, sorry. When was your order dispatched? Mine took 2 weeks. Because I ordered it during the festive period, so that's why it was a little longer than usual. I've just made another order yesterday. Expected to arrive next week.

Just received my second order on Thursday. Really efficient. The packaging and everything was top quality too. I wonder how they get the profit from doing all these free shipping worldwide. I'm not complaining though, haha.

Mine was supposed to reach on the 10th, but it didn't.

Posted to their FB wall to ask and got a reply from them 2 minutes afterwards that I should wait till 25th for the item or they will refund me back / send a replacement for me if it still never arrive..

Although their delivery schedule is a bit off, they have really efficient Customer Service, I give you that.

[EDIT] package just arrived today =D

All my parcels have arrived safely so far. 100% success for me. Anyway, this thread is more like anxious buyers waiting for their Asos shipment instead of Asos. When you no longer hear anything from these one off posters you can assume that they have received the items.

Just fyi, all my ASOS packages (around 6-7 already) will usually be stuffed into the mail box unless it doesn't fit. No other online purchases I dealt with comes that way. I wonder what ASOS's instructions are?

All my shirts and tops arrive in my dusty mailbox all the time. Perhaps you guys should check your mailboxes wink.gif

I think I can confirm that because I need to sign on the security's record book after the postman delivered it to the security guard. If it's just a normal mail, the guard will not ask for our signatures when we collect it. That's our office policy. FYI, I got it delivered to my office smile.gif

OIC.. smile.gif Delivery to office memang different from delivery to home.. As far as I concern, it's normally safer to have it deliver to work address rather than home, cause if the parcel is too big to be put into the mail box, the postman will just leave it anywhere which it's convenience.

I'm not too sure about that cause everything I've bought so far are from ASOS themselves, never bought other brands from them.
But everytime I buy something, they'll come in ASOS's bags/plastic/boxes so I think if you buy RL stuff, they'll come in RL boxes/plastic bags as well.

the ETA of your order is today, right? you shouldn't worry at all coz the Customs people will tahan your items for either 2 or 3 days.
so expect it to arrive either Saturday or the latest on Monday.

Your order will always arrive about 2 or 3 days later than the ETA cause they'll be tahan-ed by the Customs first.
But if you don't, then you can either ask for a direct refund or just ask them to send it one more time.
Good luck dude.

normally you guys buy items in which currency? GBP or USD, i found that paying GBP seems to be cheaper by 15%...

For instance:

GBP 22 vs USD 39.4

Convert to MYR is RM 105 & RM 120

Oh yes you should. Post something about this on ASOS' facebook wall and they'll get back to you. They'll give you two choices, which is a full refund or they'll send it to you another time. Depends on your choice. If I were you, I'd prefer full refund since your stuff will probably arrive in 2-3 months time, like what happened to a few friends of mine. Lol lucky bastards.

Regular Pos Malaysia? I want to buy a laptop bag plus clothes. The total value is 75 GBP. Is too it risky to buy such an amount?

I live in an apartment. Will they leave it outside the apartment door? Because a laptop bag can't fit through the door's bars.

Yup, it'll consider as normal post which deliver by Pos Malaysia, no signature or tracking available.

I'd advise you send your parcel to office address, cause I don't think the parcel can be fit into your letter box if it's too big. So far, I've not encounter any problem if the parcel is being delivered to office address.

Hope this helps smile.gif

I don't have an office address, studying in uni. I'm living in a private unit in a condo that has some units occupied by hostel.

Will they leave a card if the package is too big? Alternatively:

When I receive registered mail from the UK (International Signed For), they get sent to Pusat Serahan Pos nearby when I'm not at home to receive them. Can I make some arrangement for them to receive my mail and then email me when it arrives?

it depends on your area's postman, some will drop the parcel to the guard house and you may collect from there.

All ASOS parcels are sent via STANDARD AIR MAIL (Neither International Signed For Nor Airsure) , it's just a normal post from UK to malaysia; like sending postcard/letter, there's no signature/tracking available, hence there's no special treatment for delivering the parcel. Anyway, you can try to consult your area's post office and make the necessary arrangement ya..

Hey guys, was wondering when receiving your packages from ASOS(via the standard shipping), do they(ASOS) state any value on your packages?
Will my package get hold by custom and will there be any customs and import charge tax if my total purchasing is £99?
I am opting for the Standard Shipping delivery method which is currently free shipping.

Have any of you experienced ASOS buyer here, packages been held and tax by the local Customs? As I can't find the
exact information about this here and would like to find out more before I make the final decision to go ahead and
make the purchasing or look for alternate shopping service sweat.gif

Anyone here mind to share this information here? Will be very much appreciated!

dont compare RL is US and outside US. RL is only cheap in US, other countries are all almost the same high price.

it may take a little bit longer time for them to reply your email.

I just posted my requests to the ASOS Customer Care's twitter, https://twitter.com/#!/ASOS_HeretoHelp and they replied within few hours.

Normally refund can only be issued from ASOS if you still yet to receive your parcel 1 month after your order date, hence I usually will wait and only send in my requests till then; i.e., if order on 11Feb and still yet to receive your order by 10Mar, just report to ASOS and they will take immediate action to solve the problem.

Hope this helps smile.gif

hmm i did check on the customs tariff, it was stated that clothing are subject to 10% sale tax. IF i never see wrongly.

but u guys wasnt tax on it... so i guess its likely that my purchase + shipping cost (tho its free/paid by asos) is above RM500 which is the reason for the tax. I'll try another single purchase and see if tat tax and duties still applicable T.T

since customs stated tht u got to pay rm116 for tax does it mean u spend around 1k for ur apparels? does it even tally w ur total purchase

the duty tax is calculated on 10% off ur item value INCLUSIVE of postage
so if ur postage is not stated, they run their own approx which can be more than actual shipping cost
the other thing is they probably top another rm50 service charge for duty fee processing, if the item u claim is slightly over rm500

nope my purchase was only RM450~460, so including the postage tat asos bear its most likely above rm500. RM116 < RM40 is the processing n document fee, and the remaining RM7x is from tax + duty I ASSUME. since i asked them, and they just told me its either this amount or no. So no choice but to pay...

duty tax is always 10% of ur item value inclusive of postage; the rest is service tax by the courrier company
in other news ordered a fred perry belt on feb 28th only arrived 22 march, saw it stamped 12 march received in shah alam warehouse which means 5 days idling in warehouse

My order shipped 12 March, am expecting it any time now!

Why is it kept in Shah Alam warehouse? Doesn't it just go through Customs then to the Pos Malaysia closest to you?

How do you know whether you got taxed? Did morning06 receive an email from Customs?

I don't think I'll be taxed. Bought a laptop bag and clothing totalling RM 320 only.

I collected my order which shipped on 12 March, on Wednesday. The Customs stamp is dated 22 March. They opened the box.

Had to go to the post office to collect it as it hadn't been sent out yet. Kudos to Pusat Serahan Subang Jaya who personally delivered it to me in the same evening [after their working hours] after I went there to enquire about my delivery.

How come SkyNet handles the delivery? Aint it Pos Malaysia? Do you just pay them the duties or is the package held at KLIA Customs and you have to collect it from there?

Hi guys,

Placed an order, received confirmation and dispatched email a few days later.
Been nearly 3 weeks now and item still hasn't arrive.
The weird thing is i just got CC statement and it is not in there.

Could it be that the order was never made at all? Anyone experience this before?

Just some reference from duty/tax tariff for you guys to avoid the duty/tax thing. Not sure if its true, but after experiment it for a few times with ASOS, might as well share it with you guys. Please notice that, its not 100% true, its base on my experience purchasing from ASOS for a few times.

Make sure your shipment limited to
3 pairs of apparel
1 pair of shoes
total purchase below RM500 as stated but try to make it RM450 and below
break ur shipment if you buy more than the stated above and you are free from the tax/duty thing.

If your purchase is handle by Skynet (tracking available in your account tab from ASOS) you'll most likely end up with tax and handling fee. Check your email under spam/inbox if they provide you tracking number coz ur item will most likely held by custom and you need to reply their email.

Please add/correct me on this if im wrong ^^

Try to keep your total purchase below RM450, to avoid tax.
You will only be taxed if you spend above the RM450 mark.
If you do get taxed, you will be taxed at a certain % (forgot how much) of your total purchase. And you will also be required to pay a hefty fee to the courier company as admin fees.

i always bought stuff online.all of them from UK.mostly from EBAY.there's one time i bought shirt from HIP STORE.so far all of them arrive safely.if they use royal mail,it will take around 2 weeks, maybe less.on July 4th,i bought stuff from ASOS.it was delivered on July 5th.according to them,it should take around 8 days(excluding weekend and public holiday).i should arrive early next week.when buying stuff from outside Malaysia, esp clothing just make sure the total cost (stuff price+postage+insurance) not exceeding RM500 or you will be tax by our KASTAM.sure u can ask them to declare as a gift but some of them don't do that as it's against their policy.as for the clothing, the tax is around 30%.i'm not making this up.this is told to me by a KASTAM officer.

Added on July 15, 2012, 7:50 amASOS use standard delivery for their free services.so as you can expect, they are slow and you can't track em down.unless they are using the Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR services, there are no way for you to know the parcel status.just pray our postmen are honest and POS MALAYSIA doesn't mess up

I've purchased from ASOS 3 times in 3 months. All arrived a day or 2 later. Used my office address as a delivery add. No issues at all. I recently purchased some other clothes for my gf. Im expecting it to arrive next week.

As for taxes, like what the other bro's said, keep it to below 450/500 & since its free delivery worldwide, you wouldnt have to worry abt shipping. So, divide them in about 2 or 3 packages. My last haul, came to abt 1.5k. i divided them into 4 transactions. Each around 80GBP.

The longest i waited for was 1month 3 days.
My most recent one took 13 days. Weekend included smile.gif

One thing i would like to know is the cost to ship some items back for refund.
Anyone done it before? How much does it cost?

You are so lucky. ASOS delivered on 30 June however I didnt receive anything till now. I guess it is not ASOS problem. Cos they are willing to refund or replace the item. But I suspect it is either Custom M'sia or Pos M'sia who are not honest. I stayed in apartment. Guess my mail box in the lobby may not be big enuf for the pkg neither will they come to my unit to deliver it...so I guess it is donated already.

And I have already email to Pos M'sia, item cannot be traced. And yes cos it was non trackable item delivery .. sad.gif

they are true to size for me...actually they state whether the shirt is slim fit or normal fit...normally its slimmer cut...and they provide the information to measure your chest...which I would say is accurate...measure and buy

I have bought many stuff from ASOS before, so far no problems in shipping or refunds.

Buying from online retailer is always a trial and error process. As for buying a suit...it might fit you, might not fit. But after you buy your first suit and you know the size that really fits, you can keep buying and buying.

I think so far the only problem I have with all these online shops is that I end up buying a lot of things. icon_question.gif

Added on October 17, 2012, 5:26 pmI buy a lot of stuff from qoo10.com.sg

Lots of Korean fashion for men over there.

Good news for you all is that qoo10 is available in malaysia too! qoo10.com.my

Many things there are so cheap! Even things like makeup, skincare and stuff

there are plenty...its easy when you have specific items that u want...then google those items...look for websites that sell them and see if they ship to malaysia. The good thing about these websites is that you can get stuff that you can't normally get in Malaysia. Sometimes they have promotions and offer discount codes. There are more websites...most charge shipping fees, however for me it's worth it as sometimes I just can't get some of the items I want in Malaysia. Also, sometimes when you compare the item+shipping fee to the same item on retail locally, chances are it will still be lower compared to local retail. Even though the government removed some taxes on clothing and other luxury goods, the companies are still taking advantage of this and selling the items at a higher price than normal.

i have some question about sizing.
i usually wear size S, however when i check size S in asos meaurement little bit big. But XS seems to fit me better based on measurement.
Or it's the same size for asos S with local S?

Should i go for S or XS? Can return back the items if it's not fit?

I have the exact problem. The sizing is quite similar with Topman. Here's what I think:
S: Fits more relaxed. Fits well on chest and arm areas but a bit extra fabric around waist.
XS: Fits well, sometimes a little bit tight. Tends to be shorter (depends on your height) therefore showing belly area if you raise your arm.

Not sure about returning the item I think it'll be troublesome for Malaysians. Try buy something cheaper first in these two sizes.

will try some diffrnt size on Topman first biggrin.gif
thinking about buying polo and shirt.
polo size is bit more than shirt right?
maybe going for S for shirt and XS for polo.

Shirt is actually more tricky. If it's slim fit you would want to choose S size. Regular XS size better. Or else it'll look sloppy.
Polo it's better if you purchase S size. Most polo material will exhibit your man nips if it's too tight. =)

Malaysian and British sizing have slight differences. Just follow ASOS's sizing guide to get the perfect fit, unless you'd prefer a relaxed fit then you can go a size up. Returning the item is possible, but the you would have to pay the cost.

hi,
just wanna tell about the ASOS shipping and refund coz seems that u gonna deal with ASOS right?
u can see that its stated on the ASOS website that shipping to malaysia only take 9 working days but actually its can take up to 15 working days (exclude sunday and saturday)
and one more thing if u wanna cancel ur order there will tell u that u need to wait 10 working days to get ur refund back but actually 20 working days and sometimes u will not get ur refund !!
ITS HAPPENED TO ME !!
but most important thing is, all stuff there are 100% authentic smile.gif

I got a question..

What if you recieved the item already but you requested for a refund?

I plan to do this solely because the pants I received after 3 weeks couldn't fit me and it would be such a hassle to send it back and to complete the required procedures..

I know it is wrong but.. the pants is only a mere 7 pounds and probably wouldn't mean much to them.. right?

lol its about ethics i think. even for 100 pound refund wont be a problem for them.

but once u do it, i think u tend to do it next time. well its just my opinion.

another way is to sell the pants, well i know its very troublesome, but thats what u get when u shop online.

If everyone starts doing like this, it is a matter of time before asos de-lists Malaysia, just like how endclothing had done to us here.

yup. thats true.

on the other hand i really have a few items gone missing with the post, they still refuse to provide me with tracked shipping. so its not my fault if im contributing to the refunds in malaysia. haha

You can always opt to sell it in Garage sale.
I've done it with ASOS products a few times now.

I'm at a stage when my body is between XS and S and i keep getting the size wrong. biggrin.gif

Word of advise, if you're a buyer who can't accept purchasing something that doesn't fit u well, only buy the premium brands which have retail stores here for u to test before u buy it online.

like u guys said... if it will be over rm500 after conversion, spilt it into few shipments to avoid tax right?

but wont asos despatch team notify that and dump all your orders into a single parcel? for them it is more cost efficient?

or we need to separate it order in few days? means day 1 order item A, wait day 2 then order item B... hmm...

i might spilt my order to 3 address, 1 in Aus, another 1 in perak, another 1 in KL... what's you guy thought about it? just to test it out the efficiency, but i know aus sure get first XP

Ordered a pair of ASOS brogues from ASOS.com on the 18th of December and received the item before the end of the year. Just ordered another pair of shoes on the 10th this month, let's see how long it takes for the item to arrive. Overall I am happy with the service of ASOS. =)

Tried buying a bag and shoes at different time of the year at which both took exactly 11 working days to arrive (+3 days from the expected day).

Yesterday ordered a shirt and let's see how long will it take to arrive laugh.gif

Oh by the way, I input the promo code HAPPYJAN and got 25% off the price. But promo ending at 5pm soon.

hmm... not really sure bout this one.
I did read previously, it's better to only buy a shoe in one order. However, i was also told to keep the order under 500ringgit to be safe fr tax. biggrin.gif
That shoes is over 700 ringgit.
If it was one at 200-300, sure no prob on tax. But in your case. I'll have no idea.
Do let us know did outcome if you do buy it. rclxms.gif

i am thinking of purchasing some clothes for last min cny shopping by choosing the express delivery which they said will reach by/before next friday. Worth spending that extra 100bucks for them to deliver the things to me on date? or usually will be late too?>

They are reliable but the postal service they use and the local receiving party is not. I am currently waiting for a redelivery from ASOS, which is already late. The first package ordered on dec 14 never arrived and they offer to redeliver me the goods. I hope this one is gonna arrive, otherwise it will be embarassing for me to ask for a refund. No more repurchase from ASOS anymore.

It's free worldwide delivery which is passed to our Pos Malaysia.
Don't expect top draw delivery service. Keep a low expectation on the delivery time.
So far my purchase has arrived between of 3 weeks to 7weeks.

And if you need something urgently or you're the type that can't wait and expect ETA as per FAQ.
This is not the place to shop.
Either pay the express shipping or shop elsewhere.
We don't want another online store to remove MY from their shipping list.

this. wanted to post this earlier. smile.gif

I seriously dont want them to pull out from this region because of a bunch of people that just somehow refuse to get tracked shipping. I believe packages getting lost is mainly due to your location, especially those pedalaman areas..and I somehow consider the housing area of Kota Damansara one of them.

I believe in poslaju tbh, I know the Jalan 222 poslaju peeps because I used to have loads of garbage being shipped to my house and no one is around to sign them.

i do not think that the lost parcel is due to the address.
i always put my uni address as my shipping address, and yet some items are missing, i think most prob kastam took them.
eventhough the post is a suspect too, but i dont think its them.
hate to get refunds because the items i bought are always out of stock if i want to buy it back, plus they always refund less due to the conversion of money.

lol what uni you're in?
I dont see any reason why kastam or pos guys wanna curi your barang. My first shipment from asos was a satchel messenger bag ish, and it came in a koyak box instead of the usual plastic wrapping..not to mention the box was like semi open, showing what's in the box. laugh.gif

and yet it still came on a sunday morning. tongue.gif

My package came a week ago (finally!!!) Exactly similar as what you encountered - Koyak box, semi-open, showing what s inside.

This is very fishy. I understand parcels go missing occasionally, but this happens way too often in asos delivery. And how about opened and exposed parcels? Who did that?!?!

lol and why not? mayb some of them are not as noble as u bro, just saying, they are humans. plus, the item is not trackable. so any missing can always be categorized lost in transition. well that is what they always told me if i call the post office.

Collected my package today.
Delivered on 26th Jan
Received today.
14 working days. So far the fastest package i've got from them.
Bought two shirts, so package was in perfect condition.
Not tampered.

Waiting for 1 more package dispatched on the 30th Jan, it's a shoe, so hopefully it does arrive safely.

thats the risk you have to take. smile.gif but I guess watches can be fixed at any good watch shops. I dont think going for express delivery will make your watch safer from any mishandling during shipping.

So you were still expecting your shoes to arrived after you've gotten your refund?
Then why did you request for a refund in the 1st place. doh.gif
If you've read the thread, you'll know that it sometimes takes up to 7 weeks to arrive.
Need to be patient and relax la bro.

They're a retailer with good reputation. They're not gonna lari from you.
Now it begs the question, are you gonna lari from them?

Nobody will know except you biggrin.gif
Enjoy your shoe, and do the right thing. rclxms.gif
And next time, patient abit la. nod.gif

Yes, please do. Just be a honest person for once, would you rather stay silent over the issue and then waking up the next morning to find out Asos will not providing free shipping to MY anymore?

If check out together then it should come in as 1. Unless you check out the 4 items separately then every item will come in separately.

alternatively, you can use paypal. Last time paypal funds used to be legal to trade here until they ban it cos of too much scammers. I know or another forum that actually have a specific section for paypal funds trading, downside is that it's a BM forum. tongue.gif

Hello just a side note to ASOS freaks! tongue.gif

You might wanna consider to buy ASOS in pound instead of USD.

Pound now 1 pound - RM 4.65 MYR (As recorded for now, prone to change in the future)

Anyways speaking from experience I got today I converted from USD it's RM 100
I converted from pound its RM88.

Maybe some forumer knows about this but im just merly sharing.

Maybe some forumer knows about this but im just merly sharing.

all this while I always deal in pounds, its cheaper anyway. tongue.gif but RM4.65,It dropped? Bought mine at RM5.

USD went up to RM3.1 anyway, I can feel 3.2 is getting close yaw.

got mine at RM2.9 lowest, but usually RM3. smile.gif buying from the uk site(pounds) is definitely cheaper, try comparing the same item in pound and usd against RM. wink.gif

Everytime i bought, it will also state 8 days to reach.
So far i've got mine fastest 10 working days, slowest 6 weeks.
Few weeks ago, someone here kan cheong go ask for refund, got the refund and then item arrived. Gives you more problem. You have to pay them again.
That's if you are an HONEST person la.

So take a chill pill, be patient. ASOS won't run away from you.
After you wait 6weeks, then only tell them your item still haven't arrive, they will still refund you.
Want fast, get express shipping.
Want Free, WAIT!!

RM 100. smile.gif it'll be cheaper if you send it as a document tho.

the shirt I received today have a very bad cutting, feel like returning it too. The armholes are f***ing huge and it bloody fits like a suit, the rest is okay.
guess I gotta send it to get it altered.

Or I nned to post to their hand first because my item is order processing is it mean they wait my proof they just send ?

Thanks for getting back in touch - I’m sorry we sent you the wrong item instead of the ASOS Oxford Shirt.

I’ve sent out a replacement ASOS Oxford Shirt/ Navy for you. Don’t worry – as you’ve already been charged for it you won’t be charged again and the replacement delivery service is free.

This should be with you by 27/03/13 and will be sent to the original delivery address.

Please send the incorrect item back to us within 28 days.

You can use the sticky address label on your returns note when you send it back to us. If you haven’t got the label anymore you can print one here to stick on the front of your parcel.

Fill in the section on the back of your delivery note to say the item is incorrect and put the note in your parcel when you send it back.

Make sure you ask for proof of postage, as I can refund the postage costs for you. Simply complete the attached form and email back to us along with your proof of postage – or you could fax them to us on 0044 1442 840 278. Remember to include your name and order number on the form.
