You are so lucky. ASOS delivered on 30 June however I didnt receive anything till now. I guess it is not ASOS problem. Cos they are willing to refund or replace the item. But I suspect it is either Custom M'sia or Pos M'sia who are not honest. I stayed in apartment. Guess my mail box in the lobby may not be big enuf for the pkg neither will they come to my unit to deliver it...so I guess it is donated already.

And I have already email to Pos M'sia, item cannot be traced. And yes cos it was non trackable item delivery .. sad.gif

I got a question..

What if you recieved the item already but you requested for a refund?
I plan to do this solely because the pants I received after 3 weeks couldn't fit me and it would be such a hassle to send it back and to complete the required procedures..

I know it is wrong  but.. the pants is only a mere 7 pounds and probably wouldn't mean much to them.. right?

Why dont you sell it on the forum.Who knows somebody wants to buy. Worst case scenario....donate it to children's home, is mere 7pound like you said. Go good get good merits.

Yup...i always suspect postman cos no tracking. My 1st order lost too luckily got refund...n superfast.

I make a boo boo too to Pos Malaysia...just want them.to take note even though is untrackable parcel

Yeah, I did. Sent back several times using Registered Post (International) for below 1 kg that cost around RM40-RM70 depending on the items. If it's more than 2 or was it 3kg, have to use another type i.e. Parcel Consignment Note, which has tracking number too and has to be signed upon receipt. The parcels sent using these postage has to be wrapped in plain paper. No prints etc is allowed.

Try to contact ASOS Customer Service first via FB because if the item is below a certain value they will write it off. Happens a few times before. If can't write off, you just post it back and email them the proof of postage and they will refund you immediately. Their refund process is pretty easy.
Having the same prob too. 8 parcels missing and counting and the 1st order placed on 1st April. Now almost mid May!  mad.gif  1st time this has happened after I moved because for the past 2 years everything was fine. Currently suspecting postman since each parcel is worth less than the taxable requirement.

I've informed ASOS, got refunded, but was wondering if anyone else had the same issue. Pity ASOS also, it's not their fault. Is it advisable to file police report? Already raised a complain to P. Malaysia but they just gave a generic answer that they will get back to me bla bla bla. I know it was my fault not to use express postage with tracking but then again these culprits are not supposed to be stealing our mails..!! Such donkeys.

Those who purchased bags from Asos, did it arrive in a box or concealed plastic bag?
*
My bag never arrive. Guess I stay in an Apartment therefore Postman will not come to my unit cos it is not a registered package for d free delivery service...so guess is gone with the wind. And Letter box is too small for d pkg to be inserted. Luckily can make my claim fr ASOS

No tracking reference Pos M'sia dont have answer for you. U wait till 1st week of Aug...should it not arrive , report to ASOS to get refund or replacement. If u are staying in Condo or Apartment...chances are the posman will not come to yr unit to deliver to cos it is not a registered mail and just ASOS for refund. Landed house is ok
