Yup...i always suspect postman cos no tracking. My 1st order lost too luckily got refund...n superfast.
I make a boo boo too to Pos Malaysia...just want them.to take note even though is untrackable parcel
Yeah, I did. Sent back several times using Registered Post (International) for below 1 kg that cost around RM40-RM70 depending on the items. If it's more than 2 or was it 3kg, have to use another type i.e. Parcel Consignment Note, which has tracking number too and has to be signed upon receipt. The parcels sent using these postage has to be wrapped in plain paper. No prints etc is allowed.
Try to contact ASOS Customer Service first via FB because if the item is below a certain value they will write it off. Happens a few times before. If can't write off, you just post it back and email them the proof of postage and they will refund you immediately. Their refund process is pretty easy.
Having the same prob too. 8 parcels missing and counting and the 1st order placed on 1st April. Now almost mid May!

1st time this has happened after I moved because for the past 2 years everything was fine. Currently suspecting postman since each parcel is worth less than the taxable requirement.
I've informed ASOS, got refunded, but was wondering if anyone else had the same issue. Pity ASOS also, it's not their fault. Is it advisable to file police report? Already raised a complain to P. Malaysia but they just gave a generic answer that they will get back to me bla bla bla. I know it was my fault not to use express postage with tracking but then again these culprits are not supposed to be stealing our mails..!! Such donkeys.
