I hv lost quite a number of parcels from asos and yes, Pos Malaysia can't advise you the whereabout of the parcels as there is no tracking number nor reference number to start with.
You can always contact asos for refund.

Tell me about. I have lost a few parcels from Asos.com and the most recent one was end of 2014. Though a replacement has been dispatched but it is yet to be seen.
