They are responsible and reliable but their shipping is a hassle unless you opt for express delivery.
thats the special thing about asos, they give you free international delivery, except you have to bear the risk whether the package will reach u or not.

i think its mostly due to our local postal service (poslaju/pos malaysia). bcos im at australia, and have ordered from both asos UK and asos AU, the delivery service is flawless. comes about one week after i ordered it online. and im really glad about the free delivery. that way i dont feel the urge to buy more. buy one by one would be fine too. 
as for delivery, i only use standard mail..i agreed with llsphinxll, is due to where you reside. if you order from Msia, i see risk. but if you order from USA or Aus, no/less issue.
