if our credit card tied to balance transfer programme, can we use the remaining balance to do shopping?

if yes, the next statement we have to pay full amount of balance transfer or full amount of outstanding balance?

I used my Alliance Platinum Debit Card to enter KLIA Plaza Premium Lounge a few months ago. I haven't tried it in LCCT Plaza Premium Lounge yet.

Hey Winner, did they charge you anything later after you enter the lounge with your Alliance Plat Debit Card? By the way, where do you get this info, i couldn't find it on the web. hmm.gif

No charge. I wouldn't enter the lounge if they charge me. I asked the staff at counter before I showed them my card.

hsbc charged gst 1 month after the annivessary month.

just look at ur card expiry date, should be 10/XX (example 10/14).
so to be safe, use it till september only and terminated it (before october).

i did replied before terminate it on september - #entry39282020

just to add - since I was on the line with Alliance CS, asked them how long it takes to for BT application and was informed takes 2 weeks! To be frank, Alliance kind of slow, 1.5 years back asked for credit limit increase no action for a week so complain by email then only got called from them. Would expect fast action after that but yet still took them more than a week to increase my CL and by that time I no longer needed the increase.

For credit card:
http://corporate.visa.com/pd/consumer_serv...er_ex_rates.jsp
All credit cards charge more or less the same rate (variation is admin fees)

Currency notes:
http://www.wawasanmoneychanger.com.my/exchangeRates.asp
Few online money changers as updated as Wawasan. smile.gif

Yes, the rebate will only be credited to your cc account on 10th of next statement month.

I wonder if mobile prepaid reload done at Tesco cashier is entitled to CIMB's Sunday rebate as well??

Mine is Alliance Platinum Debit Card for Alliance Personal. It is different from the generic Alliance Platinum Debit Card. For Alliance Personal customers, a minimum deposit of RM50,000 must be maintained or else a RM35 monthly maintenance fee will be charged. The annual fee is RM12.
