I have an old XPS15. I was browsing when suddenly it died. When i try pressing the power button it gives no response. The power cable doesn’t give out any light (blue ring) when i plug into my laptop. When i check online they recommend to press the power button for 20-30s without the battery or power bank and it didn’t work for me. Any idea what happened?

The problem fixed.

Seems there are issue with 2 mouse i tested on it. The newer low profile Logitech dongle hv intermittent if using left usb port and another bluetooth ms curve mouse also hv intermittent due to mouse itself.

For xps 13 2in1 (9365), why the max resolution is only 1920x1080?

I saw their website written resolution can go over 3xxx

My LAN network port has stopped working - says Ethernet adapter : Media disconnected.

Is the adapter part of the motherboard?

If not mistaken, Dell SupportAssist program can check the model and the resolution as well.

Dell is international warranty on-site.
You need to create case before than sending person down to home.
Maybe sure do screen capture or take photo to proof them .

guyss, what do you suggest.. Dell XPS 13 9360 vs 9370, FHD vs UHD.. Saw in the dell store in IOI City mall the 9370 UHD screen looks brighter and more vibrant that the FHD .. but is it worth the RM1000 premium ?
