QUOTE(AthrunIJ @ May 23 2015, 07:31 PM) o.o, it is a steal but then again add abit more you can get better specs but then again it depends on what are you using it and your preferences. the highest spec is with 512GB SSD and UHD which is 2015 model...Enjoy your XPS 15. I jelly abit i hv order 1 512GB SSD to replace my 1TB HDD but sadly the Screen is not replaceable. the 2015 model cost 3.6K for employee purchase with the same spec as i buy but come with UHD display This post has been edited by stevenlee: May 23 2015, 07:40 PM |

QUOTE(MyStiC @ Jun 25 2015, 08:43 PM) Hi guys, user of the XPS 13 (2015) with UHD screen here. It is common if you still running old application as they not able to scale up as you wanted One of the negative points of it is the certain application (quite many)'s screen will be blurry, I think because they are not compatible with the resolution. Is there any way to fix this? I scale up my xps15 to 200% and my steam not able to scale up and end up with damm farking small font ... |

QUOTE(horns @ Mar 27 2016, 12:50 PM) to me the best option is to connect devices to your computer via a usb 2.0 hub. I hv try above option..also, in device manager > usb controllers, check all usb root hub with xhci. uncheck the option 'allow computer to turn the device off to save power' or something like that in the power management tab. if it's still not working, check all entries that have power management tab and disable the same as above in all of them. not working... |

QUOTE(horns @ Mar 27 2016, 08:12 PM) mine is sometimes fine, sometimes not (if i used usb 3.0 external hdd). to have stable connections for usb 3.0 hdds, i use usb 2.0 hub. yes, it's related to power. however my power supply and battery are working fine. going to claim 1 more time warranty, if still cant fix, gona request for 1 to 1 exchange.. usb sticks are all good. i really suggest you call dell and swap the mobo. don't wait until it fry something important. or gona sell and go for XPS 13 model... |

QUOTE(HaN18 @ Apr 29 2016, 02:53 PM) I like the spec but sad things the screen is FHD only.if it is QHD, then I might consider it... currently QHD only come with touch and very expensive.. thinking wait until late 2016 model and get new one to replace my current late 2014 XPS 15 |
