recently i brought Oxbow Basic/T - Timothy base pallet for my 8 month old holland lop.
the feeding direction.

CODE
Feeding Directions:
The following information is meant as a guideline. The needs of individual rabbits may vary. If your rabbit is over or under weight, please contact your veterinarian for more specific feeding information. 75% of your rabbit's diet should be grass hay.

Weight : Amount to feed daily (mature rabbits over one year old)

   * 1-3 lbs.: 1/8 cup
   * 4-7 lbs.: 1/4-1/3 cup
   * 8-10 lbs.: 1/3-1/2 cup
   * 10+ lbs.: 3/4 cup

my bunny is 2.9lbs.
so i should give 1/8 cup per day
or
1/8 cup X body weight (2.9lbs) per day.

please help.

Bear in mind that pellets are "fillers" to provide the rabbit with the nutrients lacking in the hay. You should make sure that the rabbit have hay 24/7 and pellets to be given according to the suggested feeding instructions. Also take note on your rabbits overall condition. If it is too thin, add more pellets else maintain the amount.

Most leaves are ok with rabbits, but just becareful of wierd plants, flowers, pesticide sprayed plants, and bugs.

Rabbits love to exercise if their mood is good. And they'll binky around. They love big spaces to play! biggrin.gif
