QUOTE(zenix @ Dec 8 2010, 11:16 PM) i suppose mine is some sort of hybrid. sorry..i too used to using "lame man" in replacement of layman as a joke until i auto type it..hahahaha..silly mehis skirt gets dirty and tangled so usually trimmed. his head too furry until touching his eyes so have to trim. but i guess from the description more lion head than jersey woolly? ![]() layman not lame man u mean yellow stains? i don't have yellow stains but near invisible stains which can't be removed on my marbel floor try eli's method see if it works.. your bunny i would say more mixed of anggora...but he's a great bunny isn't he..no doubt about that |

QUOTE(apengfx- @ Dec 25 2010, 11:36 AM) hi. I dont get what u are trying to say about expect but dun expect part and your intension on breedingmerry Christmas to all that celebrate it an expected event occur today. my rabbit give birth to 7 new babies. i dont expect to have a baby bunnies yet because i never intend to mate them. the male n female are both put in separated cage, maybe they mate when i let them free to play out of their cage. but its already happen, so i would like to seek for advice from expert/ senior member than breed rabbit. i woke up this morning and see my rabbit already give birth. i didnt put any breeding box..so she give birth in the cage. i hope that i'm doing the right thing here... this is my first experience, and this is also my rabbit (her name is angel), first birth. i also read that some mother didnt want to feed the baby, and have to do a force feed. how do i know that angel will just ignore her baby and dont give milk to them? please advice. thanks but just make sure the babies stay warm and the mother should be nursing them every few hours..if she dont i guess u got a lot of work to do to and make sure the babies gets the milk from the mother.. u can name them after santa's reindeers... |

QUOTE(apengfx- @ Dec 25 2010, 04:00 PM) p/s- nice idea for the naming.hehe Added on December 25, 2010, 4:10 pmone question. why my rabbit not cabut bulu to make nest? how are the babies doing? QUOTE(kcchiu @ Dec 26 2010, 11:43 AM) I have two rabbits of about 1 yr old, both males, one lionhead mixed and the other white rabbit, they have been living together in the cage and most of the times within the balcony area just fine, and they seem to love each other from young. They started to ride on each other since they are 5-6 months old but still very close to each other and groom each other. some rabbits are more territorial than others..more of an instinct than hormonal thing..different rabbit different personalityThree weeks ago, We decided to bring them to the vet to get them both neutered to tone down their sexual aggressiveness and for better health, so they have just recovered from the surgery and back to normal. but one thing unusual happened was, they become gentle to me but very aggressive towards each other, whenever they are put together, they will fight like they going to kill each other, so we have no choice but to keep them both in separate cages. Anyone has had the same problem before? they have never fought with each other before, we call them the gay couple but now they can't even get near to each other for more than 3 seconds. I thought neutering is suppose to make them more gentle and less territorial, but now is the other way round. Any idea what to do to improve the situation? but to me i think every rabbit deserve to have their own cage(own space)...if i would to have 2-3 rabbits i would put them in seperate cages as well instead of putting them together. |
