How the hell did that 1% of users consumed 3TBs of bandwidth per month???, especially with the appalling speed that TM is currently providing unless of course they're talking about their UNIFI users??

Also to let everyone know, the recent relaxing of the capping is ONLY noticeable in Speedtest.net!!!... there is still substantially HIGH Capping on data servers, especially those that provide downloads to users for data updates, drivers, softwares and freewares provided from sites like Filehippo or Cnet!

I thought they said the capping was supposed to be 3pm to 1am during peak times. Maybe they are capping different areas at different times so that not everyone will complain at the same time.

ya know, i used to get awful rates to file sharing sites, now am getting good rates.

and over the past long period, i've found that they "slowdown" different areas from time to time. take turns to limit different areas?

Nope, I'm from Semabok area. At least they capped you at 50% or your speed. I'm being capped at less than 30% of my speed.

I don't think just a report can help us solve the problem,
I got write many complain letter be4 about the taiwan or china connection lactency problem, around 4 years after the earthquake the problem just can solved.
be4 that we just can use a proxy or VPN connect to there.

what I want to say is, what we write here can be a pressure to them...
Just a complain letter is no use in Malaysia, this can be prove for the lactency problem around 4 years, we got send a complain letter to MCMC, TMNET and other,
they won't solve the problem if no any pressure... They just will continue to find a way to get more profit only.

And forget to say, what ur belive is wrong, most of the user here already do the complain to such department,
what we write here is a PRESSURE...
